Each project location includes a bridge that is part of the state highway system. The surrounding land use varies between rural, suburban, and urban.
Document Description
This project proposes to perform maintenance on 13 bridges on various routes in Yolo, Glen, Sacramento and Sutter counties. Concrete polyester or methacrylate overlays will be applied to the bridge decks and failing joint seals will be replaced. Traffic striping, markers, and markings will be removed and then replaced after the overlay is applied to the bridge deck. The work at each location will vary depending on the condition of the bridge. No utility conflicts are anticipated. No under bridge work will occur and all work will occur within the Caltrans right of way.
