Document Description
The Porcupine Creek Retreat was approved in 2021 and and EIR for the project was certified at that time. The CEQA Addendum addresses the proposed Minor Modification allowing the construction of a private redundant well, pipeline and associated infrastructure as an addition to the Porcupine Creek Retreat project. The new non-potable water well will be developed on 0.231 acres, and 9,845 linear feet of pipeline will be installed to connect the new well to Lake
#16 on the project site. All underground/trenching activities will occur on previously disturbed areas and will be returned to its previous condition upon completion of the work.
