The Kern County Public Works Department proposes a roadway rehabilitation and shoulder improvement project on Renfro Road (from Rosedale Highway to Hageman Road) in the unincorporated Bakersfield area of Kern County. The work to be performed consists of roadway rehabilitation and resurfacing, surfacing unpaved shoulders, painting bicycle lanes, and painting traffic stripes and pavement markings, and any other ancillary facility improvements necessary to properly construct the proposed project according to Kern County, Caltrans, and ADA requirements.
