Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to reduce the occurrence of flooding, protect the roadway against future flood damage, and increase safety for the traveling public during adverse conditions. The scope of work includes raising the roadbed by approximately five feet, widening the road to construct four-foot shoulders, and stabilizing the roadway embankment.
