Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0070-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Novato Sanitary District. The project is limited to reconstructing and stabilizing approximately 90 linear feet of the left bank and approximately 25 linear feet of the toe of the right bank of Vineyard Creek to protect an exposed 8-inch diameter sewer main pipeline.
