- The project will rehabilitate the drinking water intakes at Lost Creek, Manzanita Creek, East Hat Creek, and Forest Creek. Work will consist of the removal of all existing leach rock, infiltration pipe and settling tanks. New replacement perforated infiltration pipe will be installed under the filter bed (if required). New, twice-washed leach rock will be installed over the infiltration pipe.

Class 1 consists of the operation, repair, maintenance, permitting, leasing, licensing, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency's determination.
