Document Description
The California Department of Transportation proposes an overlay project on State Route 145 in Fresno County from the SR 33/145 interchange to Colusa Avenue, postmiles 0.0/6.0. The project would place a one-inch overlay of rubberized hot mix asphalt on top of the existing pavement, as well as three feet of shoulder backing. Shoulder backing would not be placed in areas with AC dike. In areas of deteriorated pavement, three inches of existing pavement would be removed and replaced. Work on the California Aqueduct Bridge will be limited to pavement only, with no work on guardrails, abutments, or piers. Work on the I-5 Overpass Bridge would include guardrail removal and replacement. No new right of way would be required
