- Resurface, restore, and rehabilitate the roadway on State Route 119 in the unincorporated communities of Panama and Pumpkin Center from Ashe Road to the State Route 99/State Route 119 interchange. Work also includes adding a median lane between Wible Road and the State Route 99/State Route 119 interchange. adding southbound left-turn lanes from Stine Road to State Route 119, and northbound and southbound left-turn lanes from Wible Road to State Route 119. Bike lanes, sidewalks, driveways, and curb ramps will be added within the project limits.
