The California Department of Transportation proposes to resurface and rehabilitate the northbound and southbound lanes, shoulders, and on-ramps and off-ramps on Interstate 5 in Fresno County. The project would begin 1.9 miles north of Three Rocks Road undercrossing to 0.2 mile south of Panoche Road overcrossing at post mile 37.20 to post mile 48.80.
