Prior to culvert cleaning, a biological monitor will inspect the culvert to ensure there are no incidental impacts to sensitive species and/or habitats. Equipment staging overnight shall be at Dyer Reservoir or Patterson Yard. Daily staging will be on existing roadways. All work will be within DWR right-of-way.
