Document Description
The Project includes the installation of approximately 1,150 feet of erosion protection along the Sacramento River’s left bank and east levee in Sacramento, California. The purpose of the Project is to reduce the risk of flooding to the City of Sacramento by constructing levee improvements that reduce the risk of levee failure due to levee erosion during high water events. The Project also includes the installation of a riparian planting bench and instream woody material to provide on-site habitat to fish and wildlife species.
