Variance to front setback to allow an elevated deck to be constructed 32 from the centerline of Interlaken Ave. where 45' from centerline is required. A previous variance for the front setback for an enclosed deck and living area to be located 27' from the centerline of Interlaken Ave. Where 45' is required was approved on Oct 1, 1998 but has since expired (see attached VAA-3158).
