Document Description
The Project proposes to redevelop a 0.89-acre parcel at 1868 and 1870 Ogden Drive with a new residential building. All existing features associated with the Project site would be removed, including a one-story office building. Th Project would include construction of a six-story, 69-foot-high residential building with 120 residential units and 150 parking spaces on two levels (one below grade and one at grade). Six of these residential units would be below-market-rate (BMR) units.
