- The Proposed Project proposes to use the Measure E bonds to install HVAC to permanent buildings, undertake interior improvements to buildings on the campus, and ADA improvements. The Proposed Project will also replace the existing natural turf athletic field with a new synthetic turf field. Additionally, in response to the Imminent and Substantial Endangerment Determination and Order issued by the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) in 2012, the Project proposes to remove a portion of the delineated contaminated soil and any additional contaminated soil encountered that is located on the campus to an offsite disposal site.
