The project includes rezoning of 5 commercial and 1 residential parcels to Light Industrial (General Plan Amendment). Project also includes a 7th parcel that is already zoned Light Industrial. Project proposes to demolish two existing buildings, and replace them. The 1st is replacing an existing industrial warehouse, adding square footage. The 2nd residential-like building (used for commercial purposes) will be replaced with a building housing a cannabis dispensary, cultivation & manufacturing business, and includes an untenanted space. Improvements will be made to one of the existing industrial warehouses. Other improvements include sidewalks, bike lanes, planting of trees and electric vehicle charging stations.
