Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. SAC-15994-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, JEN California 18, LLC, as represented by Clifton Taylor. The project is limited to the construction of an outfall in a residential subdivision. A 42-inch outfall will be installed which will convey water from the water quality basin under an access road into a three-sided concrete structure consisting of an outfall slab with wing walls and trash rack before free flowing into Laguna Creek. The structure will be 18-feet by 9-feet on a concrete slab and will have 8-inch flared wing walls with handrails. Approximately 80 feet of 42-inch reinforced concrete pipe will connect the outfall and basin.
