- The project consists of the division of property in an urbanized area zoned multi-family residential use (R -2 Medium Density Multi-Family Residential) into four (4) individual parcels. The project is exempt due to conformance with the General Plan and Zoning Ordinance as well as the Subdivision Map Act. The project does not require a variance or exceptions . All services and access to the proposed project site are available. The proposed parcel was not involved in a division of a larger parcel within the previous 2 years, and the parcel does not have an average slope greater than 20 percent.
