Reasons for Exemption
The planting of approx.118 trees, installed irrigation and reseeding are consistent with Section 15304 MINOR ALTERATIONS TO LAND Class 4 (b). The project provides minor alterations to the land, water, and/or vegetation which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees and provides new landscaping, including the replacement of existing conventional landscaping with water efficient/fire resistant landscaping.
