The Department of Food and Agriculture has determined that the project is a Class 32 Categorical Exemption project. Class 32 Categorical Exemptions consist of infill development within urbanized areas meeting certain requirements. Infill projects that are consistent with the local General Plan and Zoning requirements and have negligible environmental impacts may be eligible for this exemption.
