Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0051-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Ocean Breeze Ranch, LLC. Project activities include installation of culverts in four locations along the proposed primary access road and installation of clean fill associated with grading for pads and other infrastructure to accommodate construction of a residential development on 326.4 acres of the 1,402.5-acre site. The project would permanently discharge 149 cubic yards of clean fill, 137 cubic yards of riprap, and 304 cubic yards of reinforced concrete culvert into stream resources, resulting in permanent impact to 0.01 acre southern willow scrub, 0.17 acre of mule fat scrub, less than 0.01 acre tamarisk scrub, and 0.21 acre of unvegetated stream.
