Document Description
On Interstate 805 in the City of San Diego, County of San Diego, this District Director’s Emergency project proposes to replace culvert #578050002502-007-003 and culvert #578050002502-011-007 will be abandoned and realigned to the east due to sinkholes created by loss of invert in both culverts. The loss of invert has eroded the slope and undermined the base of a San Diego Gas & Electric utility pole. A temporary access road will be constructed just west of State right of way. The slope between the bridge (Bridge #57-0760) and the utility pole will be repaired. The vegetated area north of the damaged culvert will be used as a staging area. Hydroseeding will be applied to the project area upon completion
