Document Description
The Lead Agency has updated the Notice of Determination (NOD). The Project proposes development of a 79,860 square foot mixed use project, which includes 6,100 square feet of multi-tenant commercial retail uses on the ground level and 60 residential units within a maximum of three stories. Parking will be provided within two levels of underground parking with 177 spaces. The Planning Commission approved the project on 11/17/20, and that decision was called up for review by the City Council. On 3/3/21 the City Council upheld the Planning Commission decision.
