Document Description
The Lead Agency approved a Conditional Use Permit for Monte Vista Memorial Gardens (MVMG), that would include a funeral home, interment areas and associated services, including a crematorium and mortuary. The mission of the MVMG is to provide services for the final needs of the present and future Tri-Valley residents. Development would occur in two Phases on approximately 47 acres in the southern portion of the ±104-acre parcel. Phase 1 would be on 6.8 acres east of Arroyo Las Positas.
