Document Description
The project requests Use Permit approval to allow a solar power generation use in the Heavy Industrial (M-H) zoning district located at 909 Mill Road in the community of McCloud. The project would establish a commercial 5-megawatt solar photovoltaic generation facility within a 20-acre portion of the 118.30-acre property, and include installation and operation of solar PV modules, mounting structures, inverters and transformers, electrical collection and distribution system, generation step-up transformer, and onsite switchgear. The solar facility would be unmanned once operational, but would require routine maintenance approximately once a month. APNs: 028-530-020 & 050
