- Protection treatment is proposed for the Ficus tree in the plaza of Old Town San Diego SHP. This would consist of laying down wood chip mulch and the installation of symbolic fencing to reduce foot traffic on the tree roots and soils within the structural root perimeter of the tree. These measures will protect this park resource. Measures to be implemented to avoid impact may be obtained by submitting a request to the project Environmental Coordinator listed below.
