Document Description
NOE for the Pedestrian Enhancements Project. The California Department of Transportation has performed environmental studies and analysis for the proposed Project and has determined that the Project does not have any potential for significant impacts to the environment. The scope of the Project consists of pedestrian safety improvements which are covered under Categorical Exemption Class 1, Section 15301 Existing Facilities: minor alterations of existing public facilities.
