- NOE for the Pedestrian Enhancements Project. The California Department of Transportation proposes a project to install pedestrian safety elements at 9 locations in Sonoma County on SRs 12 and 116, in Napa County on SRs 29 and 121, and in Marin County on SR 131. The purpose of the project is to facilitate pedestrian movements and enhance safety at the identified locations.

- The California Department of Transportation has performed environmental studies and analysis for the proposed Project and has determined that the Project does not have any potential for significant impacts to the environment. The scope of the Project consists of pedestrian safety improvements which are covered under Categorical Exemption Class 1, Section 15301 Existing Facilities: minor alterations of existing public facilities.
