The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0267-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, William Palyo. The project is limited to removal and replacement of two permanent culverts over unnamed Class II watercourses at map points d and i; removal of a culvert and installation of a rocked ford over an unnamed Class II watercourse at map point g; a rocked ford installation over an unnamed Class II watercourse at map point j; and water drafting from an unnamed Class IV sag pond west of map point d.
