The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0051-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Joseph Culver. The project is limited to installation of two temporary modified Humboldt crossings over unnamed Class II watercourses at map points X3 and X6, two permanent culvert installations over unnamed Class II watercourses at map points X4 and X5, and water drafting from a Class II watercourse upstream of map point X5.
