Document Description
This project encompasses deferred maintenance and renovation of the Adamson Gatehouse at Malibu Lagoon State Beach. Renovations will include paint and trim, repair and replacement of wooden structures, resurfacing and tiling, and installation of a guard rail on the back steps. The action falls under the Departmental List of Exempt activities according to CEQA §15300.4 as outlined in the Department of Operations Manual, Chapter 0600:
• Activities affecting historic resources consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
