Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0376-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to John Mattos. The project is limited to the restoration and enhancement activities required by the California Coastal Commission (CCC) Consent Restoration Order CCC-19-RO-01. This includes removing unpermitted culverts along the Estero de San Antonio, grading the area, revegetating the area, and replacing two existing culvert crossings.
