The outfall structure will consist of a 12-inch high-density polyethylene (HDPE) storm drainpipe with a Tee dissipator connected at the end and anchored with two T-posts. The outfall will be installed by excavating a level bench near the top of bank. Hand-placed 6 to 8-inch angular rock will be installed at a thickness of 18-24 inches around the Tee dissipator with native riparian planting incorporated around the outfall.
