Reasons for Exemption
Cal. Code Regs., Title 14, section 15301 T This project involves the installation and testing of a pre-fabricated space conditioning and hot water heating prototype system in a total of 5 apartments located in 2 existing multifamily buildings. The systems will be temporarily integrated into the existing structure for testing and 9 months of data collection. After the data collection has concluded, the systems will be removed, and the sites will be restored to their original configurations. The project will result in negligible or no expansion of any existing or former uses at the sites. See NOE for full details.
