The County has developed the Routine Maintenance Program and Manual to describe the various routine maintenance activities conducted by the County. The Manual provides a comprehensive and consistent approach to conducting routine maintenance activities. Primary maintenance activities include culvert repair and replacement; sediment removal from channels, basins, and culverts; trash and debris removal; and vegetation trimming and removal along and within channels.
