Document Description
The project is limited to one encroachment (Table 1) for stream restoration in the headwaters of Pine Creek, a tributary to the Klamath River. The wetlands and stream were impacted by unpermitted cannabis cultivation development. The Permittee shall submit a Stream Restoration and Revegetation Plan for CDFW review and approval by July 31, 2020. Work for this project will include stream, wetland and riparian restoration, rerouting or decommissioning of a road and adjacent disturbed areas.

The project implements stream and riparian revegetation, the primary purpose of which is to improve habitat for amphibians or native fish.There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, rare or threatened species or their habitat pursuant to section 15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects. The project would not constitute an expansion of use.
