Two hydropneumatics tanks located on District Well lots will be replaced with tanks of similar size and type. the majority of the project will be subsurface and withing the existing County Right-of-Way, excepting appurtenances necessary for the delivery and control of chlorine disinfectant or access points. Maximum pipeline lengths will not exceed 300 feet for each (600 feet total), and trenching/excavation will be approximately 3 feet wide and by 6 feet deep. The exact length of pipe and depth of trenching/excavation may be less and will depend upon the diameter of pipe chosen for construction (maximum contemplated utilizing the contact time and flows in an 18-inch diameter pipe) and the excavation conditions.
