The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SON-25765-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, KW Petaluma Hill Road, LLC.
The Project is a component of the development of 205 multi-family residential units on an approximately 10.9-acre parcel. The Project includes the installation of a bridge over an unnamed stream, the connection of the unnamed stream to the Petaluma Hill Road storm drain system, and the connection of the stream to another unnamed stream which will be rerouted along Franz Kafka Avenue.
