- Issuance of a right-of-entry (ROE) permit to Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) into Brannan Island State Recreation Area for the TD 19-04 Investigative Transmission Dig project. PG&E holds a 20-foot-wide easement at this location, however, project staging and workspace will exceed the extent of the easement. All work conducted in association with the ROE permit will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code.
