Document Description
The project will install a new modular building at Rancho del Oso (RDO) a sub-unit of Big Basin Redwoods State Park to orient visitors to the park. The new modular welcome center will retain same square footage as original modular ranger station being removed. Work will:
• Remove existing modular Ranger Station and utilities;
• Remove one (1) mature Douglas Fir tree and one snag;
• Excavate a 4'x8'x6" and pour concrete for propane tank pad;
• Excavate a 24"x22'x6" trench and install propane connection; and
• Installation of new modular welcome center.
