- Document Description
- Three observation pits will be dug by a backhoe to max depth of 10'. Each hole will be approximately 3' wide by 10' long. Spoils will be backfilled following completion of excavation and observation. Prior to excavation, diluted water-based paint will be poured into the crack in the soil to trace the crack as it's being excavated.
