The project is a commercial development (CUP2018-0021 and PP2018-0119) on an approximately 3.03-acre site that would involve construction of an 18-pump fuel-station; a 3,800 square-foot convenience store; a 1,500 square-foot car wash; and a 4,000 square-foot restaurant with a drive-through. The project would provide a total of 56 parking spaces. Desert Lawn Drive would be realigned and the renamed, Desert Lawn South. A conservation easement would be located within the southeastern corner of the project site.
