- The Sierra Nevada Conservancy (SNC) would provide $663,268 to the Bear Yuba Land Trust to implement wildfire fuel reduction treatments on up to 321 acres of private land. The project is included in a Nonindustrial Timber Management Plan (NTMP) approved by CAL FIRE (2-19NTMP-00012-NEV). The NTMP serves as a CEQA Substitute Document pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15252. SNC has independently reviewed the Substitute Document in its role as a Responsible Agency.
