The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2020-0038-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Southern California Edison (SCE). The pole will be accessed from the Santa Ana River Trail along an existing dirt road and overland travel. The new hole will be dug by a truck-mounted auger to a depth ranging between 15?and 17 feet and a width ranging from 3 to 3.5 feet to facilitate a 3 x 15-foot caisson. A temporary 25-foot radius work area buffer for staging of equipment and soil disturbance (i.e., excavation, side casting, and backfill) will be set around the pole.
