Document Description
California Department of Water Resources (DWR) will convey up to 53,300 acre-feet of Kern-Tulare Water District’s 2020 Central Valley Project (CVP) water supplies to Kern County Water Agency (KCWA). The United States Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) will make the CVP water available to DWR at Banks Pumping Plant and/or O’Neill Forebay for subsequent delivery by DWR to KCWA’s turnouts in Reaches 9 through 13B of the California Aqueduct through February 28, 2021, in accordance with Article 55 of KCWA’s Water Supply Contract with DWR.
