Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0448-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the California Department of Transportation. The Project is limited to Routine maintenance activities is defined as those periodically scheduled activities necessary to maintain design capacity of facilities on channels or sediment detention structures on or affecting streams, protect the public transportation investment, protect loss of life or property, and promote the efficient or wise use and disposal of water.
