Document Description
This proposed project is the subdivision of an approximately 71.17-acre lot into two lots of 9.23 acres and 46.73 acres with a 15.21- acre remainder parcel for limited agricultural/rural residential uses. The proposed parcels would be serviced by individual septic systems and private wells.
