Document Description
The subject property is commonly referred to as Assessor Parcel Number 188-050-07-04 and Rincon Allotment 24, located within the boundaries of the Rincon Indian Reservation in San Diego County, California. At least a portion of the subject property was in trust status on November 7, 2000. Mr. Arviso is a member of the Rincon Band of Luiseno Mission Indians of the Rincon Reservation and currently owns an undivided 2112th interest in trust and an undivided 1112th interest in fee. It is our determination that this request does qualify under the mandatory provisions of 25 CFR § 151.10 and 151.11. Therefore, we hereby accept the aforementioned property into trust status. Title will vest in the United States of America in Trust for James V Arviso, in accordance with 25 U.S.C. § 2216(c) INDIAN LAND CONSOLIDATION ACT OF 1983 AS AMENDED.
