Document Description
The Project involves the development of an approximately 12.9-net acre in the City of Chino, San Bernardino County, California. The Project Applicant proposes to develop the Project site with four buildings that would provide up to 266,860 square feet (s.f.) of building floor area for fulfillment center warehouse and industrial park land uses. The proposed buildings would range in size from 15,252 s.f. up to 211,326 s.f. Improvements associated with the Project include the construction/installation of surface parking lots, drive aisles, utility infrastructure connections, landscaping, exterior lighting, and walls/fencing on-site, as well as improvements to County Road and East End Avenue along the Project site frontage and connections to the San Antonio Creek Channel and Chino Storm Drain Channel.
