Document Description
The Project consists of the removal of the existing Howsley Road bridge and associated footings and replacing it with a wider, single span precast bridge structure. The new bridge structure would be constructed approximately 25 feet south of, and immediately adjacent to, the existing bridge. The new bridge would be constructed using a cast-in-place post-tensioned box girder using three spans over the Pleasant Grove Creek Canal (PCGG). The Central Valley Water Board prepared a Clean Water Act Section 401 Water Quality Certification for the Project impacts to waters of the state.
