This project will remove and replace the Howsley Road Bridge (No. 18C-0113) that was determined by the California Department of Transportation as Functionally Obsolete due to age. The replacement bridge will be a wider, safer three-span cast-in-place post-tensioned box girder bridge. The project also includes all staging areas and all areas of ground-disturbing activities.
