The Project includes improving an existing curve at two locations consisting of approximately 0.32 miles, widening existing shoulders, constructing seven retaining walls, and replacing and extending three culverts on SR-20. The Project is limited to vegetation and tree removal, excavation to construct the expanded shoulders, curve realignments, culvert replacement, and grading of the banks to construct the retaining walls.
